# Proactively engage with customers and resellers via Live Chat, e-Mail and Phone and understand their issues and then to solve their issues.
# Debug and correct technical issues on Webservers, Mail servers, Databases, Control panels
# Install OS, Control panel software on Virtual Private Servers of Customers
# Take periodic backups of Servers, VPS, etc., to remote backup
# Have to do Website Migration, Database Migration, Server Migration (we will provide training)

Service Conditions :
# 3 Months Training Period
# Service agreement for 2 Years.
# Shift working is compulsory and 6 day work a week.
# Original certificates to be submitted at the time of joining.
Education
Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : (Mandatory)
# Diploma Holders
# BE/B.Tech Degree - CSE, IT or ECE
# Should not have existing arrears
# Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
# Ready to be based in Chennai, Tamilnadu
# Willingness to work in shifts (night shifts are rotational)
