Name of the Posts:
1. Technical Superintendent (Processing): 03 Posts
2. Technical Superintendent (Weaving): 02 Posts
3. Textile Designer: 01 Post
4. Technical Assistant (Wildlife Preservation): 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidates age should not be exceeding 30 years for post 1, 2, 3, between 18-25 years for post 4 as on 24-08-2015. Age relaxation is applicable for Ex-serviceman as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Processing for post 1, Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Technology for post 2, Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Design for post 3, Degree in Science with Zoology for post 4 with relevant experience.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on academic qualification, screening test, written proficiency test, interview/ skill test/ computer proficiency test/ document verification.
Application Fee: Candidates should have to pay Rs. 50/- in the form of Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) which are available in all Post Offices or make payment through Online by SBI Net-Banking/ Credit Cards/ Debit Cards. Recruitment fee through Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS) only which is to be pasted in the space provided in the Application form and duly cancelled by the Post Office. No Fee for Female/ SC/ ST candidates and eligible Ex-S candidates.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may send their application in the prescribed format affixing one recent passport size photograph on it along with two copies of the same photo, self attested copies of certificates, fee to The Regional Director (SR), Staff Selection Commission, 2nd Floor, EVK Sampath Building, DPI Campus, College Road, Chennai-600006 on or before 24-08-2015 by 05:00 P.M & 31-08-2015 for remote areas. Superscribe the envelope as ”Name of the Post, Advertisement No. & Category No. (Post code)”.
